About me

Twenty years in corporate. Sixteen of them in banking.

I was Head of Technology HR at Credit Suisse, working to a Chief Technology Officer who sat on the Executive Board. I moved to UBS in 2024 as Global Technology Reward Lead, while the two banks were being integrated.

The work was never only Swiss. I worked with teams in India, Poland, Singapore and New York, and I advised Executive Board members during crisis.

I left corporate in 2026 and built my own practice. I am now doing the thing I spent years advising other people through.
